• We have a position available for a Warehouse Controller to join our client in Lyttelton, Centurion. The company is a new division within a larger group of companies involved in the reverse engineering of OEM parts. They repair and maintain equipment and parts for their affiliates locally and internationally. Your role as Warehouse Controller will involve taking ownership of all processes in the warehouse, from receiving, dispatching through to stock management.

Duties and Responosilities

• Receiving
• Dispatching
• Resolving logistical challenges by communicating with clients, transporters, manufacturers, suppliers etc
• Maintain warehouse standards
• Management of warehouse capacity

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Own Transport and valid Driver’s License
• Forklift License will be advantageous
• Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Fully fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Great interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
• Familiarity with inventory control practices and logistics
• Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications
• Physical strength and stamina
