Job Description

Monitor and facilitate knowledge acquisition and reporting on the effectiveness of the CHW programme and interventions in accomplishing the long-term skills developmental goals/ objectives. Coordinate all training schedules for all trainers

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Social Work or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, HIV/AIDS Management course
• Facilitator / Assessor and Content Developer Certification
• 5 years’ experience as a trainer/facilitator/Coordinator
• 3-5 years’ experience in Training /Program management
• Experience and knowledge of project training coordination and management
• Knowledgeable in learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms
• Knowledgeable in traditional and modern training methods and techniques
