Job Description
The corporate group requires the services of an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong Electrical and Plumbing background to manage the property portfolio at HO
Apart from maintenance, you will manage office moves, new installations etc . HVAC, UPS, daily health checks, Gardens and maintaining critical fire systems

Matric/Grade 12
5-8 years' experience in a corporate / hospitality maintenance
Formal electrical essential & plumbing qualification adv

Project management
Reporting skills and Job Card Administration
Organize work sequences and on-site applications
Repairs and renovations to interior/exterior surfaces,
Basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs to buildings
Faultfinding and Preventative Maintenance
Management of Budgets, Suppliers, Vendors and payments for department
