Looking for a challenging role in the telecommunications industry?

Herotel is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

You will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management tactics and programs to attract, retain, source, and onboard quality talent that aligns with our business strategy.

Key responsibilities will include reviewing and improving talent acquisition methodologies, developing a talent pipeline, managing external stakeholders, drafting talent-related policies, and recruiting for specialist and senior positions.

To succeed in this role, you must possess digital skills, interviewing skills, stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, strategic thinking, deductive reasoning, and emotional intelligence.

You should also have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and knowledge of South African employee legislation relating to talent acquisition.
