Job Description

This is a remote position.

Successful, forward thinking recruitment company requires a bright, enthusiastic and committed administrator with a view to a long term career in the recruitment industry.

You will preferably be based in Gauteng. The position will be remote with some face to face meetings when necessary. You will be required to have wifi and fibre connectivity and a dedicated workspace at home.

This position is both admin intensive and service focused so you need to be organised, pay attention to detail, and also have outstanding people skills. Some experience in the recruitment industry will be advantageous.


  • Two to three years' experience in a similar role in recruitment preferable
  • Must reside in Johannesburg or Cape Town
  • Previous working experience in Google sheets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional with a focus on the details
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks from various managers
- Self starter who can work independently in a remote environment - previous experience working remotely is advantageous
  • Working with a sense of urgency and accountability is required
  • Solid time management skills
  • Must have a private home office with good wifi and fibre connection
