Description


The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Administrator is to ensure the timeous and proactive management of talent acquisition initiatives to ensure placements of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application of recruitment systems and tools
  • Stakeholder engagement and service delivery
  • Driving employer branding initiatives to establish SYSPRO as an employer of choice in the local market
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the recruitment cycle


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent qualification
Essential Experience
  • Previous working experience in Talent Acquisition for approximately 2 to 3 years
  • Experience in the IT Industry would be beneficial
