Job Description

Key Performance Area:

• Picking/checking of finished stock and raw materials (receiving and dispatch)
• Filling of flow bins for dispatch
• Organising transport for finished stock and raw materials being sent
• Weekly and monthly stock take of finished stock, raw materials, tanks, and CHEP pallets
• Stock take of tanks in season every second day, out of season weekly and monthly
• Stock variation reconciliation
• Receiving and dispatching of bulk oil instructed by Tina
• Overseeing and implementing housekeeping of tank storage area and warehouse includes the cleaning of tanks, flow bins, pipes
• Control of stock of flow bins and pallets
• Deliveries and collections on request
• Ensure maintenance schedule adhered to on vehicle and kept clean at all times
• Overseeing and implementing re-working of damaged/expired stock and in-house product packaging
• Stock sheets (CHEP, finished goods, raw materials) to be completed at month end and given to the relevant people
• Filling in of all stock sheets
• Ordering of flow bin liners and flow bins and any other consumables as required
• Croxley’s to be filled in for cash sales/sponsors/samples/raw materials for in-house
• Adhering to all HACCP procedures as per training and instructions
• Filling in of drivers log and hand in
• Ensuring stock rotation (oldest BB to leave first) is carried out continuously
• Any other ad-hoc tasks requested from you

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Verbal, written and presentation skills
• Communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
