Job Description

Admin Clerk will be responsible for scheduling and processing activity from accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, and performing other office-related tasks.

Key Result Areas :

  • Managing weekly and daily updates of orders, production planning, delivery note, pallet cards and dispatch of finished goods.
  • Weekly booking of pallets to be delivered.
  • Office Admin (ordering and deliveries of materials).
  • Organizing logistics for customers, from suppliers and general transport.
  • Managing Business Navision program capturing purchase orders and daily productions (assembly orders, sales orders, planning worksheet).
  • Experience in managing Jarrison Time (employees' time and attendance).
  • Submit information to the Payroll team to process via VIP (every fortnightly).
  • Procurement and sourcing of raw materials.
  • Responsible for 60 employee files, updates, and enquiries.
  • Stock control (monthly and annual stock takes).
  • SOP training to staff and team management and
  • Ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Senior Management.

Education and Experience :

  • Grade 12 and Office Administration tertiary qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
