Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media channels and campaigns for clients
- Develop and implement the digital and social media strategy to support overall business goals
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging and relevant content for all digital and social media channels
- Analyse and report on key metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of digital and social media efforts
- Comfortable with basic design i.e. Canva
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the organization is at the forefront of digital and social media practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, product, and sales, to align and integrate digital and social media efforts with overall business goals and strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, influencers, and industry leaders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital and social media campaigns and initiatives
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tactics, and analytics tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and outside of the box
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
