Snr Key Account Manager - Telcos (Wholesale)
Reputable Telecommunications firm seeks driven indiv. Pivotal role to generate sales and negotiate deals for ICT products/services including best-in-class connectivity and a range of solutions. Be instrumental in managing the overall customer engagement. Exciting career opportunity.
Main Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of the Customer/Territory and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement Strategic Account Plan.
- Define key goals and sales targets per Customer/Territory.
- Maintain accurate forecasts & sales reports in CRM database.
- Generate Sales Revenues and sales opportunities.
- Accountable for deals, sales revenue and profitability.
- Build relationships with key customers to secure existing and future deals.
- Develop and own Client Relationship strategy.
- Identify key decision makers at the highest level.
- Build and maintain great relationships with clients.
- Oversee the delivery of products/services sold to customers.
- Amongst other key duties to be discussed at interview stage.
Qualification and Experience:
- BCom or relevant Degree
- Key Account Mgt or Sales exp in Telcos or ICT (Wholesale).
