Snr Key Account Manager - Telcos (Wholesale)

Reputable Telecommunications firm seeks driven indiv. Pivotal role to generate sales and negotiate deals for ICT products/services including best-in-class connectivity and a range of solutions. Be instrumental in managing the overall customer engagement. Exciting career opportunity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the Customer/Territory and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement Strategic Account Plan.
  • Define key goals and sales targets per Customer/Territory.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts & sales reports in CRM database.
  • Generate Sales Revenues and sales opportunities.
  • Accountable for deals, sales revenue and profitability.
  • Build relationships with key customers to secure existing and future deals.
  • Develop and own Client Relationship strategy.
  • Identify key decision makers at the highest level.
  • Build and maintain great relationships with clients.
  • Oversee the delivery of products/services sold to customers.
  • Amongst other key duties to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualification and Experience:

  • BCom or relevant Degree
  • Key Account Mgt or Sales exp in Telcos or ICT (Wholesale).
