To provide an effective and sufficient administrative support service to the Regional Transport manager, Pathologists and Senior management and to assist with departmental administration tasks.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain good client relations promote the image of Ampath, Perform departmental administrative tasks to ensure effective administrative functions in the department, Perform general secretarial tasks to ensure effective record keeping and that standards are maintained

Requirements

  • Certificate: Office Administration
  • Administration related work experience in a transport environment
  • General administration experience, Knowledge: Basic Vehicle Maintenance, Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: Meditech system,
  • Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS PowerPoint, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge: Transport related procedures and processes
