Position summary
Introduction
Rochester furniture store at Mall@Reds is looking for Independent Contractors, referred to as Sales Agents but more commonly known as Freelancers. The Sales Agent is an Independent Contractor and is not an employee of the Company. The Sales Agent do not receive a basic salary but commission for sales concluded with customers recommended. A satisfying Commission and Incentive Structure serves as remuneration. The Sales Agent is free to engage in alternative or additional employment.

Job description
• The services rendered by the Contractor shall be to the satisfaction of the company.
• All work done by the Contractor in providing the above services shall be done promptly, efficiently and without delay.
• The Contractor shall at all times promote the interests of the company during the performance of his/her services.
• The Contractor shall keep record of all recommendations made by him to the company, in order to substantiate commissions due.

Minimum requirements
• Grade 12
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Must be able to function independently
• Must be results driven and energetic
• Must be an outgoing person
• Must have good communication skills
