As long as we remain true to the idea that there is always more to be done, prospects will move from leads to customers. Your goal as a Sales Associate will be to attract and generate new customers with your sales superpowers. It is the perfect job for someone looking to start a sales career outside of an office setting. In your role as a Sales Associate, you market the company's products and services to potential clients. This often involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, working with advertising agencies, and conducting market research.  You must be able to clearly communicate the benefits of their company's products or services and persuade potential customers to make a purchase. You must also be creative and resourceful in order to develop effective marketing campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow up with leads generated by corporate marketing, conferences, and other sources via email and phone. Close at least 50% of calls with a 2nd call promise.  Hunt for new leads using tools like LinkedIn, cold email and social media. Increasing weekly lead volume by 30% YOY.  Craft proposals in a timely manner, typically within a 1 day period.  Initiate the business cycle and bring deals to close. Conduct early stage project management of client accounts. Vet prospects and leads to match target market. Set expectations for the business cycle and overcome objections from the prospects. Prioritize and organize using Hubspot, email, and calendar. Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role. COMPETENCIES: Excellent communication skills. Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains this standard in all forms of written communication, including email. Listening skills. Lets others speak and seeks to understand their viewpoints. Persistence. Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done. Persuasion. Able to convince others to pursue a course of action. Attention to detail. Does not let important details slip, thoroughly reads through documents and checks work. Mention the word “happiness” in your phone screening for brownie points.  Proactivity. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:   1-3 years of sales experience An interest in building a career in sales A go-getter with a competitive drive Positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections Ability to work in a high-energy, sales environment Cold calling, sales training and CRM experience a plus Compensation: Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience Compensation will be provided on a bi-weekly basis Benefits: Work from anywhere!
