  • The Core Group/ iStore needs a Recruitment Administrator to support our dynamic and fast-moving team.  We make things happen in the hustle and bustle of a very busy recruitment team.
  • Are you a multitasker with a great communication skill and a sense of urgency? 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You would be the Custodian of candidate documentation
  • You will work closely to the team, HR and hiring managers
  • You would be responsible for setting up candidate interviews
  • Schedule and manage all pre-employment checks with the relevant vendors.
  • Ensure candidates files are updated on the Recruitment system (ATS) at all times
  • Assist Recruiters with compiling the hire packs.
  • Keep accurate records of candidate information.
  • Occasionally Assist with – ADHOC tasks

Requirements 

  • Matric but a degree will be advantageous
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a fast moving environment!
