Qualifications / Requirements:
- Matriculated individual, with 5 years Reception experience
- Strong peoples person, with exceptional communication skills, excellent voice and very customer-centric
- Helpful disposition with the ability to find solution to customer queries
- Must have a smile in voice and vibrant manner
- Very well presented and front line
- Highly organized, self-motivate, good work ethics and meticulous
- Position will include: Reception, meeting and assisting customers, resolving of queries, making of travel arrangements, assisting with planning of meetings/events, assisting Accounts Department with overflow, Typing of documentation
