Our client, a company in Cape Town City Centre , is seeking to employ a Receptionist / Office Assistant to start working as soon as possible.

Our client is looking for a positive individual who is proactive , punctual, and structured. They should be able to speak and write in English, with Afrikaans as a bonus.

It is important that they can create the client delight atmosphere that we are all working towards.

Responsibilities :

  • Our client is looking for a Receptionist, to manage their front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at their Cape Town office.
  • As Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of the company’s first impressions on the guests and visitors.
  • It will be your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests, visitors, and members, help them with directions or any appropriate information that they need.
  • You will be required to professionally answer phone calls in a polite manner and forward calls to the respective departments.
  • Also, you will need to perform various front desk duties including filing, handling, and re-directing mail, and the like.
  • Requirements :
  • Grade 12.
  • Grade 12.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel will be required.
  • Previous working experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Excellent client and communication skills are necessary.

You will be based at our Cape Town (CBD) office.

Working hours will be from 08 : 00 - 17 : 00.

Salary offered : R8 000 -R12 000 (depending on work experience and quality).

Starting date : As soon as possible
