You will need the following to apply : 

A relevant IT Diploma / Degree
ISTQB ( preferred ) 
3 years min of manual testing 
Min. 1 year Automation testing
Experience with the Java 
Experience with  Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Agile Testing
Exposure to Selenium
