A Property Management Company situated in Cape Town is looking for proactive and eager Property Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities

Preventative maintenance through monthly inspections and ensuring repair work flagged

correctly.

  • On site monitoring of suppliers working on properties.
  • Monitoring, setting up and ensuring scheduled maintenance is completed.
  • Sourcing quotes / materials and / or suppliers.
  • Assisting PM with restoration projects
  • Dealing with maintenance queries.
  • Ensuring properties meet compliance as stipulated by insurance and OHASA.

Requirements

Matric with relevant administration diploma

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in property

industry and related admin

  • Familiar with Google workspace - gmail, google docs, task tracking and calendar
  • Can work in a small team and in an open office space.
  • Valid drivers license & own vehicle
