URBAN MOBILITY Professional Officer – HR Business Partner Office

Requirements

  • Relevant B degree in Human resources related field
  • 3-5 Years HR generalist experience
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • A valid Code B Driver’s License and own reliable transport
Key Performance Areas

  • Provide professional advice and professional support to the
implementation of City HR and OD strategies and policy within Urban

Mobility

  • Provide professional diagnostics, advice, guidance and support in
general HR related matters as well as employee relations matters

within Urban Mobility

  • Support the implementation of strategic workforce plan including
data gathering and analysis

  • Assist with the implementation of talent management initiatives and
relevant talent reporting

  • Assist the office of the HRBP with organisational development
initiatives and the implementation thereof

  • Assist with the implementation of employment equity and diversity
initiatives

  • Support the implementation of employee wellness interventions
  • Interact with line management and build relationships with key
stakeholders in the departments and with corporate partners

  • Assists with data analysis for training and development and provides
logistical support where required
