Process data analysis using various simulation and business intelligent tools, supporting daily operations of the TX-R-10 production control environment by data story-telling and providing data driven insights to management to aid all production related decisions, as well as supporting and leading the development of plant information systems and dashboards, with emphasis on the future orientated continuous improvement and optimisation of the IT information systems, production processes and infrastructure.
Analyse data requirements within the plant and TX-R-10 environment, in line with the future vision of the plant and department for the development of information dashboards, reports and information systems in logistics, painted body and assembly that are aligned to market requirements and long-term plant strategy.
Creation of data collection and analytical tools required to ensure effective measurement of overall plant progress with tools such as Tableau and/or Qlik Sense.

Steering of TX-R-1 Production Meeting using plant wide dashboards driven by data.

Understand impact of key target contributors within the plant to steer Volume and F2 Stability

Drive projects to automate data collection and reporting within Department to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Act as interface contact to other technologies/structure planners as well as BMW partners for all simulation and infrastructure upgrade projects
Establishing/setting up of tools for production process partners in order to ensure synergy with production control activities.
Required to keep abreast of latest data analysis techniques, Data Model changes and IPS software architecture and versions.
Qualifications:
Industrial Engineering / Production Management Degree or Diploma
