Job DescriptionCurrently we are searching for an Office Assistant for Durban, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
Welcoming visitors and offering them hot or cold beverages.
Sorting and sending mail.
Telephone Switchboard operation.
Keep stock of office supplies and stationeries and advise relevant people.
Taking and delivering messages.
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
Summarising and distribution of minutes in all meetings.
Coordinating and consolidating general reports and presentations.
Requirements of this Post:
Matric (Grade 12).
One to two years' work experience.
Good telephone etiquette & computer skills.
Pleasant and trustworthy personality.
Must have ability to multi task.
Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
Good interpersonal skills.
