Job DescriptionCurrently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
Organise and coordinate office operations and procedures.
Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms and planning refreshments.
Organising and maintaining of general office areas.
Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises.
Carry out routine checks to ensure safety and security.
Manage any office renovations/improvements.
Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering.
Managing cleaning of office space.
Requirements of this Post:
At least four years’ experience as an Office Administrator.
Dynamic, hard-working, pleasant personality, self-disciplined & self-motivated.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
