Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator’s role is to assist in the implementation and rollout of all day-to-day marketing activities and functions within the Company, including brand campaigns, sales and leasing tools, online lead generation, all owned channels and coordination of external suppliers (e.g. Ad Agency), tracking to key deliverables and timelines.


Marketing Coordination

  • Implementation of the marketing plan ensuring key deliverables and timelines are met
  • All day-to-day activities of the marketing team from brand and PR to sales and online lead generation
  • Oversight and procurement of marketing materials, promotional items, and online and print marketing campaigns
  • Brief writing and management of projects with the various agency teams.
  • Review and approve artwork and design elements
  • Build good relationships with partner agencies, approving contracted work and overseeing quality control
  • Track all projects in status meetings, to ensure alignment between departments and meeting of timeframes
  • Reporting on marketing activity, and keeping all relevant stakeholders informed of marketing projects
  • Regular reporting to the Marketing Manager on progress, results, and any learnings
  • Working alongside regional sales and leasing teams to assist with lead generation campaign requirements
  • Formally tracking all projects and reporting on progress and issues in regular status meetings
  • Working across departments and building key relationships to ensure effective rollout of marketing initiatives

Corporate Branding

  • Implementation of the corporate brand and identity on all marketing elements
  • Custodian of the Company’s brand CI and its application across all channels
  • Assist in the coordination of PR campaigns and requirements for the PR agency
  • Coordinate the rollout of signage and artwork at all our parks
  • Create and implement templates to ensure brand consistency across all communication
  • Management of all branding and marketing messaging at Inospace sites
  • Assist with the concept and execution of brand activations and events at our parks

Digital Marketing

  • Oversight and management of the Inospace website (ongoing updates and content updates).
  • Work closely with the digital team ensuring successful SEO, Google Display, Paid Search campaigns that track to budgets and timelines
  • Development and management of all online lead generation touchpoints and channels including reports & analysis
  • Management of all Inospace social media channels including content plans and implementation schedules
  • Ongoing management of external digital resources to ensure optimal performance monitoring and effective implementation
  • Oversight and feedback of performance metrics and tracking tools to provide analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Translating of analytics and reports into actionable insights for the marketing team, improving lead generation

Sales Marketing Strategy

  • Development of all leasing and sales marketing activities including planning and implementing sales and leasing campaigns
  • Development of sales and leasing marketing tools and materials in line with requirements and market insights
  • Conducting project status meetings with the sales team to define needs and focus areas, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives

Budget Management

  • Tracking and management to an agreed marketing budget across all marketing activities
  • Responsible for tracking of project costs within an agreed budget
  • Allocation and tracking of monthly lead generation spend against agreed budgets and providing monthly reconciliations.


  • Must have a qualification in Marketing
  • Relevant experience in Agency environment or Property sector
