Job Description
Job Classification Job Family Administration, Operations and Facilities Career Stream Admin, Transact Processing and Production Leadership Pipeline Manage Self: Operational FAIS Affected Job Purpose Perform duties relating to the accurate and timeous updating of client and product static data, registration and activation of client accounts within the business unit in accordance with policies and procedures as required. While this role will have a particular focus on the MTNZF share scheme, it could extend into general data administrator duties for the broader business. Job Responsibilities
  • Manage service request queues for static data changes, opening and closing of new accounts.
  • Timeous and accurate updating of information on various systems (e.g. CIA, BDA, Stockbroking Portal, Eclipse).
  • Meet client and stakeholder needs by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders by professionally and timeously responding to queries and complaints.
  • Perform general administrator related functions for internal NPWS branch offices as might be required.
  • Maintain high standards of business ethics by adhering to Codes of conduct, policies and procedures, regulatory requirements.
  • Manage issues and risks by reporting and / or escalating any identified issues timeously.
  • Ensure personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities by ensuring all learning activities are completed, experience practiced and certifications obtained and/or maintained within specified time frames.
  • Understand and embrace the Nedbank Vision and Values by demonstrating the values through interaction with team and stakeholders.
People Specification Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Preferred Qualification Relevant Banking diploma or equivalent Preferred Certifications Diploma or Commerce Degree / Finance certificate/industry-related qualifications Minimum Experience Level 2 - 3 years' experience within a similar role. Technical / Professional Knowledge
