  • Effective handling of all administrative tasks, claims and underwriting inquiries regarding insurance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Service and liaison with Insurers and Clients;
  • Assist with handling underwriting and claims;
  • Assist with handling of crop insurance;
  • Maintenance of insurance policies;
  • Execution of administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12;
  • FAIS Accreditation (relevant qualification, RE5 & CoB). (RE5 is compulsory or must be completed successfully within 6 months);
  • Previous experience in an insurance environment;
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Strong numeracy skills;
  • Good organizational ability;
  • Must be able to function under pressure;
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
  • The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
