someone who has worked in a manufacturing environment with between 500 to 800 staff complement supported

Someone who has sound knowledge of IR, and has extensively dealt with unions

Someone with strong personality and be able to support an organization with diverse skills (blue collar workers to management)

Someone ho has strong culture/change management experience

Ability to deal with multiple projects/tasks/priorities at the same time
