Our client, SA Home Loans, an innovative financial services provider who has been part of the South African mortgage landscape for over 20 years has an opportunity for motivated and driven individuals to join their dynamic team as Property Finance Consultants, based inDurban - Umhlanga or Highway area

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing opportunities & attract prospective clients through your ability to build, foster and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Matric
• 3 + years proven track record in Sales in the Financial or Property Industry
• In-depth knowledge of home finance products
• Individual will be based at the Umhlanga or Highway area office 
• Drivers licence required    
• Own vehicle preferable

Skills

• Ability to listen to and understand a client's needs
• Confidence to open and close deals successfully
• Admin/Marketing/Cold calling
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent time management
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Able to work in a highly pressurized sales environment

Remuneration

• Some of SA Home Loans current top-performing consultants earn over R100k per month. The earning potential is as big as you want it to be.
• You will receive a basic salary, inclusive of a provident fund, medical aid (compulsory), plus petrol card and commission.
• You will have the potential to generate high earnings with performance incentives
• You will also receive a 'settling in' allowance for 6 months
