We are looking for an Administrator to join the Job Crystal team – location, well you can decide because you are going to be a ‘pink unicorn with purple spots’, and let’s face it, Covid has taught us all to work remotely in our pyjamas!! The Administrator will assist the Sales team and Executives in sorting out administration tasks, from data capturing to phoning clients when required for surveys (no selling required), to getting some emails sorted.
The successful Administrator should be able to juggle allot of balls in the air, be SUPER organised, able to prioritise and just get on with it.

• Client surveys

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration

• Check Hubspot for setups of emails
• Call Clients weekly to check in for surveys
• Capture data into a system
• Format a weekly email for the team
• Assist with some sourcing when required (this will be taught)
• Work with various members of the team on a daily basis
• Ensure data captured is accurate
• Ensure ATS is kept up to date
• Assist with Hubspot updates
• Writing/capturing some data for reports
• Advert response handling on portals

Requirements

• Must be well-spoken in English (and 1 additional language)
• Must have own quiet space to work at home, with a pc and reliable internet connection
• Able to work mornings or afternoons
• Experience in recruitment or Hubspot would be an advantage
