German Speaking Customer Service Advisor (BPO / Travel)

Our Client was established in 1999 as a captive contact centre providing seamless 24 / 7 customer support services in multiple languages.

They have diversified their multilingual contact centre solution to global names in aviation, telecommunications, retail and finance.

Job Type : Full Time Remote or On-site

Salary : R200 000 CTC per annum

Head Office : Cape Town, South Africa

Requirements

Fluency in German (Verbal and written)

Permanent Residence / South African ID holders

Computer and Literacy skills

No Criminal Record

Flexibility to work Shifts

Salary and Benefits

R200 000 CTC per annum

40 hours per week, 8-9 hour shifts per day

Rotational Shifts : including weekend and public holidays. Working hours are subject to change depending on client requirements.

Training : 4 weeks (Fully paid)

Probation period : 4 months

Health Insurance Benefit (Paid for by the company)

Responsibilities

Work for prestigious airline clients on various work streams

Assistance to passengers with pre and post flight departure travel-related queries in the customer relations department in German and English

Work on airline reservation systems and handle voice calls in German and English

Daily interaction with international passengers with queries and compliments

Meeting key performance indications and meet expected client service levels
