Job Description

Our client is seeking a Frontline Administrator, who will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.

This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

AREA : Cape Town, Airport City

SALARY OFFERED : R15 000

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • NQF Level 5 in Business or Office Management;
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or as a PA (advantageous);
  • Well groomed, Consistent, professional dress code;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Experience with administrative procedures;
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team;
  • Executing delegated tasks and render assistance to others as required;
  • Maintain frontline desk (knowledge of whereabouts and movements of persons; access control

of company assets).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, professional, helpful attitude;
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.;
  • Checking that visitors have completed the required Non-Disclosure Agreement document
  • where necessary). Where necessary informing HR of the requirement;
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor tags as
  • necessary and maintaining visitor logs;
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking minutes of meetings
  • and making travel plans, managing the diaries of the CEO, COO and CTO;
  • Preparing meeting and facilitating training rooms;
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary;
  • Taking and conveying of messages accurately;
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks;
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties;
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls;
  • Sorting and distributing mail;
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Scheduling appointments.
