Are you currently working as a Hotel General Manager or Operations Manager within the Food & Beverage Industry?

If so then this opportunity is for you, we are currently hiring Food Ops Managers to work onboard Cruise Ships with the basic purpose of overseeing the organization, planning, administration, and day-to-day running of the Food Operations Department in accordance with company policies, procedures, financial plans, and targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring food and supply financial plans while ensuring expenditures are maintained.
  • Monitor revenue generation within the department and formulate strategies to boost growth and meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Ensure quality of product and high standard of service
  • Assist the Hotel Director and Senior Food Ops Manager in the planning and timely submission of annual Hotel and Catering CAPEX Financial plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager within a large hotel (500 rooms plus).
  • Food & Beverage Experience is Key
  • Degree in hotel managment or hospitality
  • Must have worked in a similar position in the last 2 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R90,000.00 - R103,000.00 per month
