We are looking for an experienced Factory/Production Manager for a busy factory that produces top-quality vehicle conversions. It is ESSENTIAL that you have a production background in building/converting boats, yachts, caravans, camper vans or anything similar. You will be required to oversee, plan, and ensure efficient production while maintaining exceptionally high standards.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of Factory/Production Management experience of which some must be in boats, caravans or similar

Excellent planning and leadership skills
