Job Description

The role of the Facilitator Specialist encompasses many activities including (but not limited to) :

  • Facilitators help managers identify options, communicate clearly and resolve conflicts
  • 10 years experience.
  • The project involves conducting two workshops with the community and upskilling officials, followed by the drafting of a report.
  • Designing and developing training materials : The Facilitator Specialist creates and develops training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive activities that are designed to help participants learn and retain new information.
  • Facilitating meetings and events : The Facilitator Specialist handles facilitating meetings and events to ensure that they run smoothly, efficiently, and productively.

This may involve managing group dynamics, guiding discussions, and ensuring that all participants have an opportunity to contribute.

Conducting needs assessments : The Facilitator Specialist conducts needs assessments to determine what type of training or support employees need to improve their skills or meet their job requirements.

  • Evaluating training effectiveness : The Facilitator Specialist assesses the effectiveness of training sessions and workshops to ensure that they are achieving their intended goals.
  • Collaborating with other professionals : The Facilitator Specialist may work with other professionals, such as instructional designers, subject matter experts, and trainers, to develop and deliver effective training programs.
