MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:

SACE REGISTERED, 3yr FORMAL QUALIFICATION, SOUTH AFRICANS.

Responsibilities:

· Attend meetings, forums, workshops as required.

· Create an educational atmosphere conducive to learning and teaching.

· Be responsible for all and any school equipment in the classroom.

· Work closely with Grade Heads/HOD and Deputy Principal.

· Manage, plan, assist and promote activities (extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.

· Manage, plan, assist and promote discipline in grade and school.

· Be prepared to assist with admin, sport and other duties required.

· Personal commitment and willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of school is essential.

Requirements:

• Have full knowledge of the CAPS document(s).
• Must be SACE & SARS registered and provide proof of registration.
• Must have strong classroom management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong team player.
• Must be computer literate, proficient in all Microsoft Office Packages, Internet and Google Apps.
• Must have knowledge of mark schedules.
• Administrative acumen.
• Possess examination setting proficiency.
• Ability to maintain and achieve high standards in academics and discipline.
• Required to do sport/extra-curricular/co-curricular activities.
• Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
