The Role: Customer Support Consultant

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Customer Support Consultant will be responsible for handling all inbound customer service calls and ensuring that information provided to the customer is both accurate and efficient.

You will address all customer questions and concerns and fully document the customer contact using tools available.

You will be providing support to our Easter Europe Client.Â

Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Understanding and applying Customer Care procedures
  • Answering Inbound calls timeously
  • Retain new and existing customers
  • Connected drive technical support
  • Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing
  • Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them
  • Working hours 07:00am to 15:00pm, Monday to Friday (subject to change)
  • Eastern Europe Calendar - workdays apply

Education, Qualifications, Experience:

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English. French would be advantageous.
  • Microsoft office (Excel skill a must)
  • Clear Credit Criminal record
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service and/or Dealer related positions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer Service Driven
  • Excellent Numeracy skills
