Job Description

Your Mission

The Customer Sales Administrator is responsible for the support of backend sales administration by the effective processing of sales orders and managing the Orderbook for various independent customers to achieve highest possible conversion rate from order to invoiced sales.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Timeous response to all customer queries (including RA’s)
  • Accurate and timeous creation of Packing Notes
  • Achievement of timeous order delivery according to Key Account delivery dates
  • Accurate upkeep and maintenance of Order book and Key Accounts spreadsheets

KEY TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Oversee and maintain the order administration of Western Cape Customers.
  • Oversee and maintain the order administration of Key accounts
  • Generate Packing Notes for allocated customers’ orders
  • Attend to and resolve Customer queries including RA’s (Return Authorisation)
  • Liaise with Credit Control to resolve problematic key accounts.
  • Liaise with Purchasing department in terms of product delivery for key accounts.
  • Liaise with Warehouse to determine delivery specifications.

Your Talent

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

2 years' experience in a similar role

Fast learner and passion for sales and customer service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize own workload and work independently.
