Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and analyse cost expenditures and purchases
  • Calculate and manage operational and business costs
  • Prepare cost budgets
  • Make recommendations about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Prepare audit reports and present their findings to management
  • Stock control, maintenance and storage
  • Personnel management

Requirements :

  • Formal qualification in an appropriate financial field (B Accountancy)
  • Knowledge of accounting related computer packages (MS Office, SAP)
  • Professional knowledge of management accounting and costing
  • Good knowledge of the Companies Act, tax legislation and regulations
  • Experience with inventory control systems
  • Independent problem solver with excellent communication skills
