About the position
Commercial Manager
- Head of Department: General Administration
- The department head is responsible for the company's Human Resource, Admin Legal, Health and Safety and Plant security. The role will require incumbent to oversee and manage all the duties and compliance related matters for the company. As well as interact with the various external and internal stakeholders. Such as government institutions etc
- We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.
- Duties for the Manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying improvement opportunities, and monitoring activities.
- The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring all legal requirements and regulations. Several key responsibilities are listed below
Human Resources:
- Oversee the human resource department from a strategic level and interact with the department manager to ensure compliance to all related legislation
- Policy development and implementation on a strategic level
- Interact with external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful business operations
Health & Safety:
- Oversea and implement Health and safety and environment business strategy and compliance related matters.
- Capacity build
- Provide improvement strategies and reduce risk profile
Security
- Support and oversea Security department, capacity build and ensure improved operations and procedures
General Administration
- Direct, support and oversea the administration department to ensure improved procedures and service delivery for all aspects that the department manages Legal Department
- Provide support and oversea the legal matters of the company in close collaboration with the legal department
Minimum requirements:
- Masters degree in business administration or Human Resources
- Automotive Manufacturing Industry working experience preferred in a similar position
- Excellent Communication (both verbal and written)
- Assertive and Deadline driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage a varying case load
