How you'll role

The Client Liaison will be responsible for maintaining positive client relationships through efficient customer service assistance. This will include interacting with clients and assisting them with their needs, answering inquiries, handling requests, and resolving them promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for sales and admin aspects where necessary, as well as data capturing on the CRM system. The working hours run on a rotating schedule; i.e. 4 days a week either from 8 am – 4 pm or 9 am – 5 pm and every Saturday from 9 am – 12 pm. These hours need to be seen as “retail” hours, so even if you are not busy, staff members need to be in the office and available for the clients.

What you'll do

  • Greet clients on arrival and escort them to open their safety deposit boxes
  • Assist clients to ensure they understand the service of the safety deposit box
  • Perform admin-related tasks such as payments, cancellations, changing box sizes, and adding additional individuals to their boxes
  • Communicate with clients by email, phone, and face-to-face
  • Data capturing and administration
  • Facilitate sales where necessary and sign up new clients

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in a client-facing or sales position
  • To be able to communicate effectively (both written and spoken English)
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • To be friendly and able to deal with clients face-to-face and telephonically
  • Attention to detail and excellent admin skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with a CRM system would be beneficial
  • Previous Sage and Pastel experience would be advantageous
  • To operate with honesty, integrity, and respect
  • To be punctual and have good time management skills
