CLERK: ADMIN RELIEF

Purpose of the job: Provide cover for key admin roles (Wages, Debtors, Creditors and Value Chain)

Job Objectives of the Role:
Wages clerk role include
• process and finalize wages/ outsource hours and overtime accurately as per guidelines and deadline and submit to Payroll department
• Maintain terminations & engagements
• Update and maintain employee files
• Capture leave ensuring leaving balances are up to date and correct
• Ensure alignment to payroll SOPs

Debtors Clerk role include
• Maintain site age analysis
• Facilitate the free stock process as per SOP and ensure documentation is filed and retained correctly
• Maintain the SOP register ensuring all PODs are valid and returned as per guidelines
• Reconcile and maintain the POD Control Account
• Allocation of payments and ensuring debtors trade within the agreed terms
• Balance the Intercompany accounts

Qualification Requirements
• Matric (with Accounting & Maths)
Experience Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in any of the key roles (Wages/Debtors/Creditors/ Stock Reconciliation & Management
