Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves customers by taking telephone, fax and email orders. Provide, Fax and email orders. Provide excellent service to customers by keeping them up to date with product information on a regular basis. Recruit new customers and grow existing customer through customer analysis.
- Meet agreed sales targets
- Meet sales & profit growth (Margin) targets on a monthly basis
- Daily and Monthly reporting on sales, call cycles and customers performance
- Provide reports on new customers
- Customer recruitment
- Service Existing Customers to grow their spent. (KEEP & GROW)Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are
- Demonstrate consistent application of group and company procedures and policies
