Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves customers by taking telephone, fax and email orders. Provide, Fax and email orders. Provide excellent service to customers by keeping them up to date with product information on a regular basis. Recruit new customers and grow existing customer through customer analysis.
  • Meet agreed sales targets
  • Meet sales & profit growth (Margin) targets on a monthly basis
  • Daily and Monthly reporting on sales, call cycles and customers performance
  • Provide reports on new customers
  • Customer recruitment
  • Service Existing Customers to grow their spent. (KEEP & GROW)Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are
  • Demonstrate consistent application of group and company procedures and policies

Requirements

  • Less than 1 year Retail
  • Less than 1 year Call Centre Operator
  • Grade 12 / Matric
