Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required:
• Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent. • Strong accounting background plus minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position. • A tertiary qualification in finance / accounting will be advantageous • SYSPRO experience will be advantageous. • Proficiency in Business English, both written and verbal. • Good interpersonal, communication and telephone skills. • Proven experience of Pastel Evolution. • Proficient in MS Office with excellent Excel skills.

Brief Description of Key Performance Areas:
• Capture supplier invoices accurately and timeously. • Obtain purchase orders and allocate against correct cost codes. • Reconcile supplier accounts and allocate payments timeously. • Liaise with suppliers on outstanding invoices or information and maintain sound relationships to facilitate smooth management of the account. • Resolve queries with minimum delay. • Reconcile and prepare age analysis and submit to management. • Assist in other positions and departments in accordance to operational requirements. • Perform any other tasks that may from time to time be assigned. • Adhere to the health, hygiene and safety regulations and maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
