CES Administrator - Eastern Cape

What you will enjoy doing

  • In this role you will capture all service calls internal & external on SAP PM daily as well to capture all SM/RM WO internal & external on SAP PM daily
  • Draw status reports on SAP PM and SAP Finance is part of this role
  • You will be in charge for SAP SRM procedure goods & services on behalf of team daily and for SAP SRM GR delivery note & invoices as per compliance checks
  • Further you will track financials and commitments on projects and work orders
  • Must be able to create capitalization forms in order to cap and close CEP's
  • Journal collation for recoveries and reallocations
  • Additionally you must be able to create over head and contractor reports
  • Take full responsibility of all administration and filing for the department

What makes you great

  • You possess a Grade12/Matric certificate with 1-2 years experience in general admin
  • Experience in SAP PM, SAP P9E, SAP SRM, cost center reports, project reports and internal order reports is required for this role
