Job Description

Overview : Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase the company's revenue and market share.

This individual will be an energetic, proactive, and results-driven sales professional who excels at cold calling, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities : Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and position the company's products / services as the solution.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales objectives.Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and senior leadership team.

Minimum requirements : Completed MatricProven track record of success in a sales hunter role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
