Annual Spirits festivals
  • Planning and execution of festival activity
  • Sufficient stock available and present at the festival
  • High-profile and well-managed stand at the festival
  • Promotional staff present and representing the brand
Network and relationship-building with target consumers
  • Build relationships with target consumer in Lighthouse outlets.
  • Active profile in Category clubs i.e. Whiskey Clubs
  • Relationships with Friends of the Brand, Connectors.
  • Relationships with key corporate customers
  • Attendance at brand events
  • Attendance at high-profile events portraying the brand
  • Networking leading to direct communication with target consumers
Internal & Agency Partners
  • PRSA advocacy plans – Departmental/ Regional

Trade
  • Increase brand awareness in Trade Drive brand education across ALL channels (On/Off/ E-Comm/ Redistributor)
  • Plan trainings to support to Field Sales team in focus outlets. Bartenders and waiters.
  • Brand training to Redistributors
  • Cocktail menu support
  • In-Store promoter training
  • Work on Global Advocacy program - SIP
Cocktail Menu and drink strategy support

Media Create positive PR for PRSA brands External
  • Drive brand messages through own social media channels
  • Create content for PR BEAT Africa, according to assigned schedule calendar
  • Industry PR Amplification
    Create and execute Activations that include Media stakeholders & Press for Amplification and Share of Voice. Identify Influential people in the Food & Beverage industry environment.
Internal
  • Create content for the Convivialist
Stakeholder Relationships Collaborative relationships with key internal Pernod Ricard stakeholders. Establish and nurture strong collaborative and communicative relationships with Sales, Supply Chain and Consumer Marketing grounded on the core shared ambition, to communicate the brand stories and authentic production values to the trade and consumers. Seek out global best practice and share PRSA product education activities continually.
  • Inspire and align head office stakeholders and regional stakeholders on the goals and activity.
  • Work closely with and support all regions assisting in the development and implementation of a wider BA focus within the overall organisation. Build key working relationships with the regions and co-develop an overall Product knowledge orientation/culture.
  • Communicate effectively on local best practice activations and all relevant aspects of our BA programmes to wider PRSA community via MS Teams, Chatter and other communication forums and draw upon global resources/best practices where possible.
