What will you do?
You will work closely with our architecture team to create and maintain solutions for our subscription management platform. You will collaborate with our data engineering team to ensure integrity of underlying data and accuracy of reported insights. You will support our finance team and perform operational management to keep the platform running smoothly.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Analysing data in various databases and systems to provide feedback to clients and finance and to find resolutions
Troubleshooting and fixing errant processes
Collaborating with the engineering team on new or existing business problems that needs solving, designing, and implementing or conducting analysis

What should you have?
Tertiary qualification in Informatics, Information systems, or Information Science preferred.
3+ years’ experience in technical analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Fundamental understanding of databases and other data repositories
Ability to use APIs for information retrieval and updates
Experience with XML, JSON, REST
Ability to use SQL queries for information retrieval and updates
Fundamental understanding of accounting
A willingness to learn new methods, platforms and tools that best suits a task.
