Job Description

Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Retrieve signatures from Management in order to create Purchase Orders on the SAP system.
  • Create purchase orders on the SAP system.
  • Receipt purchase orders on the SAP system.
  • Invoice purchase orders on the SAP system.
  • Stock taking of groceries and stationary and ensuring that the department does not have shortages.
  • Liaising with debtors and creditors to ensure all finance queries are resolved.
  • Ensuring all emails and work is done timeously in order to ensure that vendors get paid.
  • Filing of all quotes & invoices that are sent from different suppliers.
  • Sending vendor packs to new hauliers and guide them accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good communication skills (oral & written).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Shows initiative and problem solving.
  • Computer literate
  • A Team Player.
