Job Description
Provinsie : Vrystaat Stad/Dorp : Bloemfontein Kontrak : Permanente Sektor : Logistiek/ Logistics Sluitingsdatum : Dinsdag, 03 Januarie 2023Kern doel van die pos:
Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot die Logistieke afdeling.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12 met rekeningkunde;
- 1 jaar administratiewe ondervinding verkieslik in ‘n rekeningkundige omgewing:
- Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office met spesifieke klem op Excel);
- Goeie interpersoonlike en konflik hanterings- vaardighede;
- Syfervaardigheid, noukeurigheid en akkuraatheid essensieël;
- Moet onafhanklik en onder druk kan funksioneer;
- Goeie organisasie en prioritiserings- vermoë.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Verwerking en verhaling van vraggeld;
- Rekonsiliasie van debiteure/krediteure/grootboek/inkomstestaat;
- Algemene instandhouding van logistieke beleid.
Main purpose of the position:
The effective handling of all administrative tasks with regards to the Logistic division.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with accounting;
- 1 year’s experience in an administrative position preferably in an accounting environment;
- Valid drivers license.
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office with a strong emphasis on Excel);
- Good interpersonal and conflict handling skills;
- Good numerical ability as well as the ability to work meticulously and pay attention to detail;
- Must be able to function independently and cope under pressure;
- Good organisation and prioritising abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and recovery of freight money;
- Reconciliation of debtors, creditors, ledger and income statement;
- General maintenance of logistic policies.
